TinyLoRa module

TinyLoRa is a LoRa node based on the SAM R34/R35 Low Power LoRa® Sub-GHz SiP together with an Adafruit Feather style breakout board. The CPU is a SAML21 Cortex-M0 integrated with the SX1276 in one chip.

  • 256KB Flash, 40 KB RAM
  • Power Output: 20.00(dBm) (DS value, real output is not tested)
  • Frequency Range: 862 to 1020 MHz (DS values)
  • Sleep Current: 790 nA (DS value for the SiP, module will be thoroughly tested soon)
  • IO pins: 27
  • Module Dimenions: ~16.5x14x2 mm
