The RakWireless RAK831 LoRaWAN concentrator module (RAK831 on the TTN forum part 1 and part 2) seems to have appeared on the market around July 2017 and is available for about €100,-. It is based on the Semtech SX1301 digital baseband chip suitable for outdoor LoRaWAN macro gateways. It is said to be comparable with the well known iC880A concentrator and is believed to shake the market a bit.
