  • 14x washer for carriage bolt/spacer side, 6.4 x 20, large diameter washer
  • 14x hexagon nut for carriage bolt hexagon, M6
  • 28x screws, chipboard screw, countersunk head, 4.5 x 45, plywood case
  • 30x screws, chipboard screw, countersunk head, 6 x 30, plywood reinforce
  • 1x load cell, Bosche H30A

  • wood stain, Auro Aqua Holzlasur, Nr. 160-97 (Palisander), 0.375 l
  • spar varnish, swingcolor Bootslack, farblos, 0.75 l

Thanks to Stefan and FabLab Berlin for the nice CNC mill workshop: “drilling” screen printing panel and aluminium plate, ok some handcraft also. ;-) We made the first prototype there.

Bosche H40

  • MaĂźe der Wägezelle: Bosche H40
  • Schrauben M8:
    – Durchgangsloch: Durchgangsbohrung – Wikipedia
    für die (schon länger produzierten) Distanz-Platten habe ich 8,6 mm verwendet, werde ich beibehalten, ist ein Maß zwischen fein (8,4) und mittel (9,0).
  • Abschätzung Materialstärke fĂĽr Senkkopf: DIN 7991 Senkschraube mit Innensechskant
    Der Senkkopf hat eine Kopfstärke von 4,4 mm, d.h. ein Alublech mit 5 mm ist knapp, besser 6 oder 8 mm verwenden (reicht das, biegt sich das durch?).
