For solderless building a hive scale you may use the new Grove load cell board from Seeed. It uses screw terminals for the load cell connection and a Grove connector to wire it to the board.

Auch bei diesem PCBA sind bei beiden Einstell-Widerstände mit 8,2k/20k für 5V bestückt, niedrigere Versorgung führt also wieder zu ‘keiner Regelung’ durch den Linearregler dadrauf.
